The Client

Promoters who needed the room to feel it again

We were hired by the promoters behind two of St. Thomas Carnival's biggest fetes — Party Tun Ova and Flight Club — to capture and package the experience for social. For event promoters, the recap isn't an afterthought: it's the marketing engine for the next ticket sold. The brief was to bottle the energy of the night and turn it into content people want to share.

Carnival revelers at a St. Thomas fete

Shot and finished vertical (9:16) — built for the way the audience actually watches.

The Setting

Carnival nightlife, full intensity

These are packed, fast-moving, low-light events — strobes, smoke, and wall-to-wall crowds. Capturing clean, high-energy footage in that environment takes a crew that can move through a fete without slowing it down, anticipate the peak moments, and protect image quality when the lighting is working against you.

The Challenge

Turn one night into scroll-stopping content — fast

Recap content has a shelf life measured in hours. The challenge was covering two distinct events, capturing enough range to tell each story, and editing platform-native vertical reels quickly enough to ride the post-event buzz — while every clip still had to look premium, on-brand, and built to convert attention into tickets.

The Deliverables

What we produced

  • Five vertical recap reels across Party Tun Ova and Flight Club
  • Fast-turnaround edits delivered while Carnival momentum was still peaking
  • Crowd, costume, and stage-energy coverage shot in low light and tight spaces
  • Platform-native cuts formatted for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Reels
  • Branded openers and end cards to promote upcoming fetes and ticket links
The Impact

Content built to sell the next event

Reach across an established destination audience

The reels gave the promoters a ready-made social campaign — proof of a sold-out atmosphere they could put in front of the next audience. It's the same skill set destinations and festivals need: show up to a live, high-pressure event, capture it cleanly, and deliver platform-native content fast enough to matter.
